About onTrack Occupational Therapy

We help improve mental and physical well-Being

Our team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists and Ergonomists deliver compassionate rehabilitation care by first understanding what a person can do. We compare this to what a person needs to do, to help restore function in all areas of life.

We continually look for ways to improve what we do, and how we can better help others

We are always open to fresh ideas and different perspectives.  We are not attached to one way of thinking, and we accept that change is necessary to continue evolving.  This includes keeping up to date with evidence-based research, therapeutic techniques, and technology.  We believe in early intervention and being proactive to help a person return optimally to their physical and mental well-being

Our mission is to help people with their recovery journey

We provide holistic, evidenced based, client centered care to support people in getting back to their activities of daily living, returning to home, community and work responsibilities and improve their overall wellbeing. This can be after an illness, an injury at home, a car accident, or an injury at work.

We use a functional model combined with a medical model to empower a person and their healthcare team to collaborate on restoring a person’s well-being, both physically and mentally.

We approach each person holistically

Our goal is to provide holistic, evidenced based, client centered care to support each person as they get back to their day to day lives. This includes helping a person return to their activities of daily living, both at home and at work.

We believe that being active at home, in the community and at work improves a person’s overall wellbeing.

We are a compassionate and caring team of healthcare professionals

At onTrack, we are a passionate team of healthcare professionals who provide high quality assessment and intervention services to our clients. We understand that an injury or illness can impact a person’s quality of life, both at home and at work, and we will support each person through their recovery journey with care and compassion.

We believe in a holistic approach to care. We appreciate how social, psychological, and environmental factors need to be considered when treating a person in a holistic manner. We adopt the biopsychosocial model into our care plans.
