onTrack is a disability management company that uses a holistic approach to assist people return to function after they have been ill or injured. Our goal is to assist people with their recovery journey and help improve their day-to-day function so that they can return to their daily activities, both at home and at work.

Our team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists and Ergonomists provide high quality assessment and intervention services to our clients. We know that an injury or illness can impact an individual’s quality of life and it is our duty to support them through recovery with care and compassion.
Occupational health and rehabilitation services
We provide holistic, evidence-based, client centered care to support people in getting back to their activities of daily living, returning to home, community and work responsibilities and improving their overall wellbeing.
We take an interactive, comprehensive approach for each person we serve. We complete a comprehensive initial assessment, allowing us to identify both the primary concern and any related factors that may be affecting a person’s wellbeing. We provide education, skills, and techniques, tailored to each person, so that they can get back to the “job of living.”
